Do You Offer Samples?

Yes, We have recently released our sample pods, check them out here.

When Will I Receive My Order

All of our wax products are hand-made freshly for you. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your order. Once we have made and dispatched your order we will email you to let your know your items have been dispatched and are with the courier. Thank you for your patients.

I Have Missing Items or Error With Order?

If your order has arrived damaged or is missing items, please email admin@pureloved.com with your order number and photo of your items and the invoice, so one of the team can resolve your issue.

Are Your Products Made In The UK

Yes, all of our wax melts and candles are handmade in the UK. However, some wax warmers and accessories are imported from other countries to complement Pure Loved Aromas branded scented wax products.

What Type Of Wax Do You Use?

At Pure Loved Aromas, we use 100% natural soy wax. We like to use Soy as it burns cleaner, lasts longer, is better for the environment and none-toxic.

Is Soy Wax Vegan?

Yes absolutely, soy wax is 100% Vegan. 

Is Soy Wax Eco-Friendly?

Yes, Soy wax is a natural and renewable resource. Made from soybeans, soy wax is non-toxic and a more Eco-friendly choice compared to paraffin waxes.

Are Your Products CLP Compliant?

Yes, all products are fully CLP compliant. All fragrance datasheets can be provided on request and our packaging follows all necessary rules and regulations.

Do You Have a Monthly Wax Melt Subscription Box?

Currently we do not have a subscription box. However, we are looking to develop a wax melt subscription box in the near future. Please subscribe to out newsletter or follow us on social media to be notified of the wax melt subscription box launch.

Can I Request A Scent?

If you have a fragrance that you love and is not available on our website, you can suggest a scent. If enough people have an interest in a particular scent we will look into making our products in that scent in future. However, we will be expanding our scent range regularly. So check back soon or subscribe to our news letter.
